

Party Terms & Conditions
All party bookings and entry to Mini Valley Kids are contingent upon acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making your reservation.

About Parties at Mini Valley Kids
1.0 All information related to parties at Mini Valley Kids can be found on our party information page. For any questions, please reach out to hello@minivalleykids.co.uk.
1.1 Your party booking includes admission for the agreed number of children only.
1.2 The party booking allows for 90 minutes of play, corresponding to the duration of the play session. Mid-session parties are held during one of our 3/4 play sessions, and guests are encouraged to exit promptly after 90 minutes to give staff adequate time to reset for the next group.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, there is an additional fourth session: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
1.3 Exclusive party hire is available for 90 minutes, only on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1:30 PM – 3.00 PM and 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
1.4 Each party booking includes admission for one adult per attending child. If you require more than one adult per child, please notify us in advance. While we do not charge for additional adults, it helps us plan seating arrangements. Furthermore, at least one adult must supervise every five children. Parents should be informed of the party end time for timely collection.
Making a Party Booking
1.5 All party bookings can be made through our online booking system or by speaking with a team member in person or by telephone.
1.6 At the time of booking, please provide your best estimate of the number of children attending; the reservation will be tailored to accommodate this number. We operate under a maximum capacity policy and cannot guarantee availability for additional guests after the initial booking.
1.7 We kindly request that you arrive at Mini Valley Kids no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your party starts. Please note that Mini Valley Kids completely closes for 30 minutes between sessions to allow our team to clean and prepare the role play areas for the next visitors.
1.8 Our minimum number for mid-session parties is 10 children, and the maximum is 15. For exclusive hire, the minimum is 20 and the maximum is 25. Even if you do not meet these numbers, we will charge for the minimum required. For example, if you expect 18 children for our GOLD package, the cost will be based on the minimum of 20 spaces for that package.
1.9 The birthday child must be included in the total guest count.
Confirmation of Booking
2.0 Once your party booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Mini Valley Kids at the email address provided. Shortly after, you will receive a party form to complete and return no later than two weeks before the celebration to ensure we have all necessary information for a seamless and unforgettable party! This form will include dietary requirements and key details about the birthday child and other guests.
Payment for a Party
2.1 All party bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall party cost, payable upon booking. Until the deposit is received, no dates can be reserved.
2.2 You will receive a final balance email with a link to pay the remaining amount three weeks before the party date. This must be settled in full 14 days prior to your visit. Reminders will be sent leading up to the party. Alternatively, you can contact us by telephone to complete the final payment. The final number of attending children must be confirmed before payment to accommodate any needed adjustments.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not received in time, and we will make every effort to contact you beforehand.
2.4 Any additional food or costs incurred for accommodating party extras beyond what is included will be added to your booking and charged in full.
2.5 All adults attending the party who are not included in the total guest count will need to book online for the correct date and time prior to the party, including crawling babies. Please inform your guests to make arrangements accordingly.

For exclusive hire, please note that our strict capacity is 25 children total, excluding babies in arms. While additional babies not yet walking do not require the full party price, any children playing will need to pay the standard ticket cost for that session.
Cancellations and Refunds
2.6 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party date are NOT eligible for a refund and will incur full charges, including for children who may be unable to attend or did not show.
2.7 To cancel your party booking, please contact us via email. Note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
2.8 If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the party, you will not need to make any further payment towards the outstanding balance; however, your initial deposit remains non-refundable.
2.9 If you wish to cancel your booking 14 days or more in advance and reschedule for another available date, we will honor the deposit and transfer the booking within 12 months of the original date.
3.0 In the unlikely event that we must cancel your party booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.
Short Notice Party Bookings
3.1 Any party bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid for in full at the time of booking, and all dietary requirements must be confirmed.
General Party Booking Information
3.2 The person making the party booking assumes full responsibility for supervising children while at Mini Valley Kids, along with parents and guardians attending with their children. Our staff is present to ensure a wonderful experience for all guests but are not responsible for child supervision and behavior.
3.3 The party booking does not include food and beverages served through our café.
3.4 All customers will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number, serving as proof of reservation. Please verify that you receive this email after your purchase. The booking reference will be required upon arrival, and we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive this email due to external factors such as junk or spam filtering.
3.5 The person making the party booking agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of every visitor in their booking and is responsible for ensuring that all terms are communicated and followed by attendees.
Our Play Sessions and Opening Times
3.6 Mini Valley Kids opening hours are as follows:

Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Friday - Sunday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Excludes holiday dates, which will be advertised on Mini Valley Kids’ website and social media.
3.7 Mini Valley Kids operates 3-4 play sessions per day, each lasting 90 minutes.
3.8 Please double-check your start time on your booking and arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before the session begins. The play area will not open until the session starts, as we need to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and reset.
3.9 Visitors arriving later than the session start time will be required to leave at the end of the play session as per the booking.
4.0 All visitors must exit Mini Valley Kids at the end of their play session. Following each session, Mini Valley Kids will close for 30 minutes to allow the team to clean and reset the role play areas for the next group.
4.1 Mini Valley Kids reserves the right to close all or part of the play area if there is a risk to the safety or security of visitors and staff.
4.2 To prevent the spread of illness, children and adults who are unwell or have recently been unwell must not visit Mini Valley Kids for 48 hours. If someone becomes unwell during a play session, they will be kindly asked to leave. We will do our best to facilitate a reschedule when you are better.
4.3 With the exception of birthday cake or cupcakes, outside food and beverages are not permitted and cannot be consumed in our café unless there is prior agreement with our team.
Rules of Entry
4.4 Mini Valley Kids accommodates children up to the age of 8, or at the parents' discretion until their enjoyment of roleplay ceases.
4.5 All children entering Mini Valley Kids must be accompanied by an adult aged 19 or older. All babies, pre-walkers, and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
4.6 Any individual causing willful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings, toilets, décor, or property belonging to Mini Valley Kids will be liable for any damage caused.
4.7 Mini Valley Kids reserves the right to ask anyone to leave should they violate our rules of entry and play.
4.8 We retain the right to ask anyone to leave if they pose a danger or threat to staff or customers. Fighting, bullying, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.
4.9 Food and drinks are not allowed anywhere within the play areas. Please keep all food and drinks at your table to prevent spills or mess in our delightful play space.
5.0 Mini Valley Kids is a smoke-free facility, and smoking is prohibited anywhere onsite, including the car park. This includes the use of vapes.
5.1 No animals, except for assistance dogs, are allowed.
5.2 Shoes must be clean and free from mud upon entry but must be removed to enter our play area. We recommend shoes are left in our entrance to prevent accidentally wearing them into our play area. Socks must be worn when you remove your shoes. If you forget socks we have some in all sizes for sale. If you do not want to remove your shoes, you can purchase shoe covers.
Photography, Mobile Phones, and Cameras
5.3 The privacy of other visitors must be respected. Visitors are welcome to take photographs of their own children for personal and private use.
5.4 Mini Valley Kids shares photographs of children playing on our website, social media, and promotional materials only with prior written consent from parents or guardians.
Security and Safety
5.5 CCTV systems are installed both externally and internally at Mini Valley Kids to enhance security and safety. The purpose of CCTV is to:

Protect the building and its assets during and after opening.

Reduce the incidence of crime and anti-social behavior.

Assist in identifying, apprehending, and prosecuting offenders.
5.5 Video monitoring of public areas on our premises is solely for security purposes and is limited to uses that do not violate individuals' reasonable expectations of privacy.
Car Parking
5.6 Visitors may use one of the cap parking spaces allocated to us in front of the building. Please try not to use the first car park belonging to Shakespears Gin Distillery.
5.7 Our car parking is limited and therefore available on a first come first serve basis. Please park sensibly to ensure you leave enough space for other visitors.
5.8 Mini Valley Kids accepts no responsibility for vehicles or the valuables left inside them at any time.
5.9 Please take extra care when using our carpark. Slow down, there is little need to be travelling more than 5 miles per hour in or out of our car park. There will be small children walking between cars, if unsure please stop and double check to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable guests.
