Entry to Mini Valley Kids are contingent upon acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making your reservation.

Mini Valley Kids Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15940594, with our trading address at Unit 15 East Drayton Manor Drive, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 9RQ.

General Booking Information

1.0 The person making the booking assumes full responsibility for supervising their children while at Mini Valley Kids, along with parents and guardians attending with their children. Our staff are present to ensure a wonderful experience for all guests but are not responsible for child supervision and behavior.
1.1 The booking does not include food and beverages served through our café.
1.2 All customers will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number, serving as proof of reservation. Please check that you receive this email after your purchase. The booking reference will be required upon arrival, and we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive this email due to external factors such as junk or spam filtering.
1.3 The person making the booking agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of every visitor in their booking and is responsible for ensuring that all terms are communicated and followed by attendees.

Our Play Sessions and Opening Times

1.4 Mini Valley Kids opening hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Friday - Sunday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Excludes holiday dates, which will be advertised on Mini Valley Kids’ website and social media.

1.5 Mini Valley Kids operates 3-4 play sessions per day, each lasting 90 minutes.
1.6 Please double-check your start time on your booking and arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before the session begins. The play area will not open until the session starts, as we need to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and reset.
1.7 Visitors arriving later than the session start time will be required to leave at the usual end of the play session as per the booking.
1.8 All visitors must exit Mini Valley Kids at the end of their play session. Following each session, Mini Valley Kids will close for 30 minutes to allow the team to clean and reset the role play areas for the next group.
1.9 Mini Valley Kids reserves the right to close all or part of the play area if there is a risk to the safety or security of visitors and staff.
2.0 To prevent the spread of illness, children and adults who are unwell or have recently been unwell must not visit Mini Valley Kids for 48 hours. If someone becomes unwell during a play session, they will be kindly asked to leave. We will do our best to facilitate a reschedule when you are better.
2.1 With the exception of birthday cake or cupcakes, outside food and beverages are not permitted and cannot be consumed in our café unless there is prior agreement with our team.

Rules of Entry

2.2 Mini Valley Kids accommodates children up to the age of 8, or at the parents' discretion until their enjoyment of roleplay ceases.
2.3 All children entering Mini Valley Kids must be accompanied by an adult aged 19 or older. All babies, pre-walkers, and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
2.4 Any individual causing willful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings, toilets, décor, or property belonging to Mini Valley Kids will be liable for any damage caused.
2.4 Mini Valley Kids reserves the right to ask anyone to leave should they violate our rules of entry and play.
2.5 We retain the right to ask anyone to leave if they pose a danger or threat to staff or customers. Fighting, bullying, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.
2.6 Food and drinks are not allowed anywhere within the play areas. Please keep all food and drinks at your table to prevent spills or mess in our delightful play space.
2.7 Mini Valley Kids is a smoke-free facility, and smoking is prohibited anywhere onsite, including the car park. This includes the use of vapes.
2.8 No animals, except for assistance dogs, are allowed.
2.9 Shoes must be clean and free from mud upon entry but must be removed to enter our play area. We recommend shoes are left in our entrance to prevent accidentally wearing them into our play area. Socks must be worn when you remove your shoes. If you forget socks we have some in all sizes for sale. If you do not want to remove your shoes, you can purchase shoe covers.

Photography, Mobile Phones, and Cameras

3.0 The privacy of other visitors must be respected. Visitors are welcome to take photographs of their own children for personal and private use.
5.4 Mini Valley Kids shares photographs of children playing on our website, social media, and promotional materials only with prior written consent from parents or guardians.

Security and Safety

3.1 CCTV systems are installed both externally and internally at Mini Valley Kids to enhance security and safety. The purpose of CCTV is to:

  • Protect the building and its assets during and after opening.

  • Reduce the incidents of crime and anti-social behavior.

  • Assist in identifying, apprehending, and prosecuting offenders.

3.2 Video monitoring of public areas on our premises is solely for security purposes and is limited to uses that do not violate individuals' reasonable expectations of privacy.

Car Parking

3.3 Visitors may use one of the car parking spaces allocated to us in front of the building. Please try not to use the first car park belonging to Shakespears Gin Distillery.

3.4 Our car parking is limited and therefore available on a first come first serve basis. Please park sensibly to ensure you leave enough space for other visitors.

3.5 Mini Valley Kids accepts no responsibility for vehicles or the valuables left inside them at any time.

3.6 Please take extra care when using our carpark. Slow down, there is little need to be travelling more than 5 miles per hour in or out of our car park. There will be small children walking between cars, if unsure please stop and double check to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable guests.
